To All Irish Red Cross Branches and Units I regret to inform you all that with immediate effect all Irish Red Cross Credit accounts with Westaid, Westaid shop and Westaid Dublin are CLOSED as Irish Red Cross HQ froze and then closed down the Former Athlone Branch of the Irish Red Cross this branch owed me money but could not pay as their bank account had been frozen without any notice.
