Empowering women through pregnancy and birth. Serving you as a Coach & Doula Doula Package:
2 antenatal visits - to get to know you and your birth partner, and to support you in planning and preparing for birth
Phone and email support
On call from 2 weeks before your estimated due date, and up to 2 weeks after
Emotional and physical support throughout labour (for you, and to support your birth partner in supporting you) and up to 2 hours after the birth
1 postnatal visit - when you are ready
Coaching:
As a qualified life coach I can help you to prepare for birth and motherhood by:
Discovering any fears or beliefs you may have surrounding birth that could hold you back, and helping to develop more positive and empowering beliefs to support you in having a positive birthing experience.
Helping you create a birth plan.
Helping you to set up a support system - discovering how your partner, family and friends can best support you, in birth and in the early days with a newborn.
Work through any other areas you feel need attention before the baby arrives.
Plan your "4th trimester" - recovery from the birth and transition to life with a baby.
