Somatics Yoga & Pilates for Corporate clients, Prenatal, Postnatal & anyone who wants to be aligned and well. Yogalates is a fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates. You will leave each class feeling lighter, walking taller, calm, relaxed and strong in your core muscles.

Ruthe is passionate about using breath and gravity to connect body and mind. Her teaching aims to ‘sit’ with what is, following the breath as we move through the yoga postures. Paying attention, setting intention, practicing mindfulness.
As a Somatics Exercise Coach, she adds elements of Somatics Movements for greater flexibility and ease of movement, depending on your needs as a client.
Her classes are particularly beneficial for people who are new to yoga, promoting wellbeing and positive mental health. Learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor and use breathing meditations to stay focused in the present moment. Tone and re-energise, have a greater sense of space; feel calm, alert and strong.
Ruthe’s Prenatal Yoga classes offer a great way to take care of yourself and your baby, through pregnancy, birth and beyond! Help prepare body and mind for labour and birth, improve your posture and learn how to use your breathing to relax. No yoga experience necessary.
Benefits of Prenatal Yoga include relaxation, breathing techniques, ‘me-time’, gentle stretching, pelvic floor control, manage pregnancy niggles like back pain and indigestion, boost energy levels, bond with baby, and meet other expectant mums.
