|| ECI JCB Sales Trip for the JCB 220X Launch || Some pictures from the JCB Quarry where ECI sales team and customers spent today checking out the New JCB 220X Tracked excavator which comes with a double locking hitch as standard and optional full length track guides. These machines have already gone through 15,000 hours on a shaker test designed like the bed of a dry river and the machines today had upwards of 3,000 hours of customer evaluation testing already completed. ECI expect the first of our Demonstration fleet to arrive in Ireland over the new few weeks!

Pictured here is a Brand New JCB 3CX Sitemaster 4x4 with the JCB Built Tier 4 final Diesel Max 68KW(91HP) turbo intercooled engine. The machine comes with Automate: Autocheck: Autoidle: Autodrive and AutoThrottle This machine is a Utility specification and includes Powershift Transmission with a Torque Lock and Limited Slip Differentials. The operators cabin has a Bluetooth radio heated air suspension seat with headrest, Heater and Air Conditioning, Fire extinguisher with the JCB Livelink GPS machine diagnostics and telematics as well as a unique coded key immobiliser and large rear view mirrors and a beacon. This machine also has Hammer circuit and return to dig – as well as Auto SRS (smooth ride system) and was also fitted at the factory with a JCB rear Hydraulic quick hitch and the Front shovel also incorporates a hydraulic quick hitch with forks and a bolt on reversible cutting edge. To add to the overall safety as specified by Cooney Roadmac this JCB comes fitted with 6 hose burst check valves fitted to the Loader and shovel rams on the front and to the boom and dipper rams to the rear of the machine and there are street pads fitted to the rear jack leg/ stabiliser rams. The machine also has side shift – power slide and 165LPM Hydraulic pump – and added to this is a JCB Factory fitted 9m Hose Reel with a hand Held tool circuit which will operate a range of Hydraulic hand held power tools such as road 0 saws / 25kg road breaking hammer – submersible water pump and a host of other specialist tools. This Machine is joining another New JCB 48Z Midi Excavator also supplied to the Cooney Roadmac team a few weeks ago and we wish James Cooney and his company the very best with these magnificent new purchases.
