The candidate must be of a skilled demeanor, with experience in the motorcycle industry. Attributes preferred are, diligence, self motivation, problem solving skills electrical/mechanical and eagerness to learn new skills. This position involves a highly technical roll relating to engine rebuilds for both road & race motorcycles, general servicing, ecu tuning / fault finding intricacies & motorcycle tuning.
