At French Vanoli School of Fitness we have Hot Yoga, Power Yoga and Yogalates to offer in Oranmore, Galway French Vanoli Hot yoga is not Bikram Yoga.

We have a newly designed studio where the levels of heat and humidity are carefully controlled and are paramount to the safety of our students.

It's not so hot that you are drained and dehydrated but warm enough that your muscles get nice and warm and lengthen with ease. Our classes are not over filled and we ensure you have enough room to practise in a comfortable environment.


Power Yoga
Our Power yoga classes are for those who like minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat.

Yogalates

Yogalates is a trend that blends yoga poses with a pilates mat routine. It is an invigorating class that pairs yoga with pilates; it works the whole body helping you burn more calories. Yogalates classes take the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with core strengthening, spine elongating and posture perfecting exercises of Pilates.

CrossFit Kids at French Vanoli​ ** Yoga For Kids! This week in our Kids classes we will be taking to the Yoga mat to practice some Kid's yoga. There are so many physical health and well-being benefits that children gain from being introduced to and practising Yoga from an early age as it helps with so many areas of their development. They really enjoy the challenge that it offers and it is such a fantastic activity for them to be able to enjoy as they get older.
