Hunter Business Lions Club are 100% volunteers, 100% Hunter Valley locals who run a range of local initiatives and events to help raise funds for our local communities. From developing and organising new local events through to traditional Lions fundraising activities such as Lions Cakes and Puddings, Hunter Business Lions Club is a new look Lions club designed for busy business people.

Each Christmas, Lions Australia embarks on its traditional Christmas fund raising by selling its range of Christmas Cakes and Puddings. The funds raised are allocated towards a broad range of local, national and international causes, such as the ongoing Dungog flood-recovery effort and more recently towards providing humanitarian relief for hurricane devastated communities on Haiti. Hunter Business Lions have developed an innovative version of this project, and each year our members work to prepare beautifully gift-wrapped Xmas puddings which can be offered as seasonal gifts. Local businesses are encouraged to purchase these and provide them as gifts for clients, staff or those companies which supply or support your business. This helps enhance the status of your business, as it both acknowledges your gratitude for the support you have received during the year, while also demonstrating your commitment to humanitarian and community causes. So, go on & "Buy a Pud' for Good!"
