All classes will take place in the Keadeen Leisure centre with lots of equipment available to run the class.

Hi everyone 😊 Just a quick post to say unfortunately I am going to stop the classes due to work commitments. I would just like to thank everybody that has come to the classes I really enjoyed it 😊 I am going to put more time into online training and spreading tips and ideas for training and nutrition. I am going to run a FREE 4 week weight loss challenge in the run up to Christmas. This is also aimed at changing your lifestyle so everybody will get tailor made nutrition plans, home workouts/training plans and constant support in a private group. If you think you might be interested or want more info, feel free to message me 😊

Timetable for the week 💪🏽 🔷Monday: HIIT class at 7:30pm-8:15pm in the patrician primary school (Front Hall) 🔷Wednesday: HIIT class at 7:30-8:15pm in the Patrician Primary School (Front Hall) 🔷Saturday: Conditioning Circuits at 10 am in the keadeen gym. All classes are catered for all fitness levels as there are beginner and advanced versions of each exercise. €5 pay as you go. If it is your first class could you come a few minutes earlier, thanks 👍🏻 I would appreciate if you could keep sharing the page for me, Have a good week 😊

Hi everyone 😊 Unfortunately classes on Monday and Wednesday this week are off as the school is closed for the week, Conditioning circuits will be on Saturday at 10am in the Keadeen.
