BMS Services in partnership with Delcon Consultancy offers professional business planning consultation.  BMS Services in partnership with Delcon Consultancy offers start-up and established businesses, community groups and enterprises an opportunity to have Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Marketing Plans, and Sales Plans drawn up by an independent third party based on information supplied.  We also provide Research Support Services to business.
The services on offer are designed to assist clients with the planning of a strategy and the feasibility of attaining a predetermined goal or objective. These services will be comprehensive and will outline all relevant parts of the business or enterprise. Each service is outlined as follows:
1. Feasibility Study.
Before you begin writing your business plan you will need to identify how, where, and to whom you intend to sell a service or product. You also need to assess your competition and determine how much capital will be required to begin and develop your business.
BMS Feasibility Studies include the following (where relevant): market feasibility, technical feasibility, financial feasibility,and organizational feasibility. A full report, suitable for both funding agencies and banks, is provided at the end of the study. Our researchers utilize modern qualitative and quantitative research methods in order to assess the viability of your idea.
Our feasibility studies address things like where and how your business will operate. They provide in-depth details about your business to determine if and how it can succeed, and serve as a valuable tool for developing your winning business plan. We look at the viability of your idea with an emphasis on identifying logistical and business related potential problems, identifying marketing strategies to leverage investment and incorporate your business,marketing and sales plans.

2. Business Plan.
There will be a number of Business Plan services available. These will include Basic, Standard and Long Term Plans. For most ventures a Basic Plan will suffice and it has approximately 17 tasks that need completing. It describes the enterprise, what it’s selling and to whom. It also outlines Sales Forecasts, Marketing, the Management Team and it has a simple Financial Statement. This is perfect for those that don't need a lot of detail regarding their funding. A Standard Plan, while containing everything that is in the Basic Plan, will be much more in-depth. The Standard Plan requires a large amount of financial data and approximately 50 tasks must be completed. This plan is for those seeking large funding and it contains a Sales Forecast, a Cash Flow projection, a Profit & Loss chart, and a Balance Sheet. Both of these plans provide 3 year forecasts. A Long Term Plan has upward of 50 tasks to complete and it also provides a Sales Forecast, a Cash Flow projection, a Profit & Loss chart and a Balance Sheet. This plan provides a 5 year forecast.
3. Marketing Plan.
There will be two Marketing Plan services available. These will be a Standard Plan and a Long Term Plan. A Standard Plan will consist of approximately 35 tasks and will include identifying your Market, highlighting your Uniqueness, planning a Strategy, finding and converting Customers, tailoring your Media Presence and outlining your Marketing Calendar. A Sales Projection and a Budgeting Cost chart are also included. A Long Term Plan is more in-depth and consists of approximately 100 tasks. All topics covered in the Standard Plan are covered in the Long Term Plan but more emphasis is placed on projections and a large amount of data involving your target market is required.
