Let's be honest! we all know we have the best of intentions in January: join the gym, start a new sport, give up alcohol, start a new diet... and many other New Year's resolutions. However, by the end of January a huge % of those resolutions have been abandoned. Many of you might get a juicer as a xmas present, others might have one already at the back of the press (gathering dust!). Some may use a blender on a daily basis but you are still unsure as to what to put in it.. sounds familiar?? IM HERE TO HELP! Im Laura and im one of only a handful of fully qualified juicing therapists in Ireland. Im passionate about nutrition and I believe there is so much poor nutritional information out there, that the general public is confused. So to help you understand how your body (the human body) works, why you crave certain foods, why you have the best of intentions on a Monday morning but by noon you have eaten a chocolate bar, I've decided to do a FOOD AND JUICING WORKSHOP. This event has limited availability so please only click attend if you are actually coming 100%. We will cover raw chocolate making, Juicing, Blending, Essential oils, emotional eating, HEC (hunger, energy, cravings) and much more!! This event is open to adults and children.
