Really enjoyed Jillian LaDage's advice on Singing and Playing Harp at the VHS3. I might even try writing a song or a tune with simple chords some day :)
It's back to school for all harpists big and small, near and far. Looking forward to learning about Arranging, Improvising and Composing at the Virtual Harp Summit 3.

Exhibiting at the Fire Festival this weekend Speaking about the entertainment, Marty Mulligan – the event programmer- promises a great evening of acoustic music, poetry, story-telling and traditional craft displays. “It will be like stepping back in time. There will be pockets of music throughout the hill and there will be wandering bards in costume and renowned Irish story-tellers. We will also have Mullingar Town Band preforming as well as Ballyncargy Comhaltas and the Lír Music Academy.
