Here's something that regularly comes up with clients after a holiday and they're wondering how they've lost so much fitness. It's why I always try to train on Holidays. As usual a busy evening ahead. 5.00 IABA Boxing. 6.15 Youth's Strength and conditioning. 7.00 HIIT. Please note Kate is away today so no 6.15 class upstairs this evening.
I've been doing intermittent fasting Monday to Friday the past few weeks and I have to say I do feel better. I have IBS and I find fasting really helps my symptoms. I was fasting for 16 hours but I was struggling to get in enough calories to sustain my current training program and I can't afford to loose weight. From next week I'm backing it off to 14 hours fasting and see how that works for me... I think it's worth a try.

I'm switching over to mindbody for booking classes. Just the kids classes to begin with as it's hard to keep track of numbers with volume of people booking in for various classes. On a pc or laptop go into our page and you'll see "class schedule " (see pic) on left hand side of the page. Click on that to register.
