Tug-o-War Finisher... 20 seconds on... 20 seconds high knees/push ups alternating.. 3 mins x2 Nice little finisher to a bodyweight session. I like to get some bodyweight training included along with the strength training with dumbbells and all the other bits and bobs... its important that we are able to control and move our own body. Get the balance right. Tough week, fair play to everyone who has trained with Fit For You this week and enjoy your weekend... Back at it next week. Cheers. :)

This exact day last year was the start of my Stem Cell Transplant... A year later... 💪 Set a goal.... Works your socks off to achieve it... (Mine was to get back out on a hurling pitch... playing midfield.....) Cause when you start to achieve your goals... there simply is no better feeling. Consistency is key in our training. Tonight is gna be a good good night :)

If your looking to gain confidenece in yourself, improve your athletic performance, improve your general fitness or lose weight... all of the above gained through tough... but well planned and thought out training sessions... A Knee dominant... hip dominant... push... pull.... core and conditioning exercises... All these boxes are ticked at EVERY session Then a session @Fit For You is worth a try if you have not tried one already. If you have " fallen off the fitness wagon" then yes it can be tough to get back at it. But we can take it session by session and ease back into it and you will be flying again in no time.
