We are delighted to present: Hostel "BALKANICA 1" is private hostel-type accommodation that consists of 5 twin/double rooms. Maximum number of people in the hostel will be 10. We expect more of this type properties to be open for our members in begging of 2017. In General - we do not require deposit in order to assist people with their start of new life on this beautiful island. But, as we are unable to launch our project in this short period, we will require pre-booking fee of €500 payable on the day of pre-booking. This fee will be reimbursed by lowering first 5 rent payments for €100. Pre-booking fee: €500 Price per bed: €450 Price for first 5 months: €350 We will require price to be paid on the first day of entrance and then every 30 days thereafter. No exceptions. We reserve right to refuse services due to breach of our Terms & Conditions, or in special circumstances by decision of the management. Additional Services: Recruitment Agencies registration support (Free) - We will help you find your first job as soon as possible by helping you to register with most known recruitment agencies in Dublin. Transport to/from work (5€/way): We will offer our transport services to make it easier, faster and less stressful to get to and from work. Cleaning services (Free): In the price it is included general cleaning of the property, 2-3 times a week. This will include carpets cleaning, dust cleaning, windows cleaning, kitchen and toilette cleaning. *This service does not mean that members should not be cleaning after themselves, refusing to do so can lead to refusing of accommodation services to individual/s without notice and right of refund. This will be considered as "bad behavior" and will be strictly monitored. PPSN Proof of address/employment (Free) - if you are in need of proof of address and employment, we will provide it for you on the day you become our member. Cash loan services - Our partner "Provident Personal Credit" can provide you with cash loan of up to €500, repayment is €25 per week for 26 week, cost of the loan is €650.
