We are is SEI registered and we convert all types of attics.

We achieving 0.25 U-Value with our insulation and only losing 37mm of your head room.  This means your attic will be warm, easy to heat and as spacious as possible. All our attics are sprayed foam by Fusion Insulation to ensure that all areas are 100% insulated.

We supply all plumbing, electric and plaster work. We use certified steel R.S.J. to ensure the structural integrity of your new attic conversion. We use heavy floor joists to take all weight and avoids cracking of existing ceilings. We provide all type of flooring for your new attic room.  We use fire doors and top class 2nd fix timbers in our attics.

We have your attic stairs made to suit your house style and layout. We can match the new hand rail to match you exiting handrail to look as the two stairs were there from day one.

We provide all skips to take away all waste.

We can provide a WC or ensuite bathroom in your attic if required.

We also provide you with the option on fitting solar panels when you are converting your attic as it is the most cost efficient time to install solar panels.

We can provide built-in wardrobes in your attic as part of our carpentry service.

99% of attics don’t need planning, but if you do need planning we can provide drawings and apply for planning on your behalf.
