Loughrea Golf Club is an 18 hole Parkland Golf Course. Situated 1 mile from Loughrea Town and just 5 miles off the M6 motorway. We are situated on the R350 (signposted New Inn) appox 1.5 miles from Loughrea Town. From Dublin or Galway take the M6 and exit at junction 16 then take Loughrea link road N65 off the roundabout. At next roundabout (Moanmore Roundabout) take 1st exit (R350). From Shannon start out on N19 then join M18 and exit at Gort then take N66 signposted Loughrea. Take the R350

Our president Terry Doyle drawing this weeks winner of our very popular 50/50 draw. This was the first of our weekly draws after running one for the entire month of April. We would like to thank all the members and visitors to our club who supported the draw this week. We had €250 in the box when all the envelopes were opened. This meant one lucky person would win €125. And this week our winner was another very popular longstanding member of the club, none other than last years president of the club "Frances Blake". Well done Frances. Our next draw will take place next Sunday, so remember to get your envelope in before then 😊.

COURSE MAINTENANCE: We would ask ALL members to please remember to repair your pitchmarks when playing your round. Coming into the busy golf season we want our greens stay in as good a condition as they possibly can. ALSO if see pitchmarks on the greens please take a few seconds to repair them. This will be to everyones advantage in the long run.
