Description
The G Gallery: Arts, Antiques and Furniture The G gallery brings together stock collected over many years from all over the world. Where an English mahogany chest of drawers sits alongside a carving from a Chinese temple.
My own love of original art will promote paintings whether from an Asian art shop, where thirty artists may churn out Chinese street scenes, to the finest quality paintings and sculpture by Irish artists.
I hope to show that antiques and art can have a place in every home new or old, and that mixing up styles and periods adds a unique look to any room.
Living in Loughglinn I didn't want to drive for miles every working day and felt that Castlerea offered great potential. The friendliness of the people here, their responses and the support shown to me to me in bringing something perhaps a bit different into the town.
I love this part of Ireland and hope this business will enable me to support myself and stay here, and look forward to working with all of you in the times to come.

Something you won't see everyday the large model is just under six feet tall and six feet long. Really well English made wooden models, would look amazing suspended I think from a high ceiling.

Some new pieces, two nice neat Georgian side tables perfect for lamp or a vase of flowers. A few small decorative bits the Indian pierced copper tray looks great on a wall beautiful hand worked and in perfect condition. The brass lamp is lovely quality and would look great on either of the two tables.

I bought this amazing four panel Chinese lacquered screen its six feet tall by six feet wide. All the scenes are made from carved hard stones in different colours, carved bone and mother of pearl. The quality is amazing as is the condition. It makes a stunning statement to any room as a screen but I have one in my own house I bought while living in Hong Kong as you can see by last picture it makes a stunning head board.
