**Coach Foy's Time Trial Challenge** Here is a super quick but not super easy Time trial challenge ideal for burning body fat and toning the entire body... Give it a go before the weekend!! 7 exercises, 7 repetitions, 7 rounds It should take you between 18-25mins! 1/2- 7x Squat Press (2exercises in 1) 3- 7x Tricep Dips 4- 7x Chin Ups 5- 7x Push Ups 6- 7x Knees Up 7- 7x Bicep Curls Complete this whole circuits 7 times with no/ very little rest... it's a time trial remember!!
