Shotokan Karate opened 16th March 2012. Tanden Dojo is a full-time Shotokan Karate Dojo situated over the Longford Leader offices in Longford Town. Here at Tanden Dojo we run classes for all ages with everyone welcome any-time:
Tuesday: 6pm-7pm (Beginners/ White Belts)
7pm-8pm (Orange-Purple Belts)
8pm-9pm (Brown Belts/Seniors and Adults)
Thursday: 7pm-8pm (Kids Only All Belts)
Friday: 11am-12pm (Karate Fitness)
6pm-7pm (Beginners/ White Belts)
7pm-8pm (Orange-Purple Belts)
8pm-9pm (Brown Belts/Seniors and Adults)
Karate is a great way to learn a new art combining self-defence, fitness and a genuine heritage filled sport. Come along today to Tanden Dojo.
