Description
Wide range of fitness classes from Boxercise, Circuit training, run-club, outdoor bootcamp, personal training and nutritional advice Better Body Bootcamp Mungret is located in Mungret Gaa club. The camp includes a large variety of exercises from boxercise to circuit training to running. Weather depending classes can be held both inside and outside. All fitness levels are catered for. Classes are both challenging and fun and two classes are never the same.We do our best to include all aspects of fitness form aerobic based exercise to body conditioning( mainly bodyweight exercise) which are both vital for all round fitness
