Shannon Rowing Club are delighted to inform you that we were awarded a Sports Capital grant of €69,500 for our boathouse from the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport. We would like to thank the Minister Shane Ross and his team for this allocation and Patrick O'Donovan Minister of State for Finance and Public Expenditure for his support. Our young boys and girls express their sincere gratitude for this grant. While this allocation goes along way towards our building cost we are still short, so we are asking you all to support our fundraising endeavours over the next few months. All donations greatly accepted.
