Pull ups have been my main compound movement for back/pull day. Really focusing on pulling with my back as oppose to moving from A to B or trying to get my 'chin over the bar'. ⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩ Thats a common misconception that you need to go chin over the bar or it 'dosent count'. Very often that's past your active range of motion. With this movement you want to take the muscle through its active range. This way you can apply tension throughout the while excercise. Anythibg further and you lose tension on the target muscle.

Losing weight is generally not a consistant thing. Weight will fluctuate a lot over time depending on what phase of dieting and training you are in. The aim may be to lose X pounds/kg per week but there are no guarantees. Focus on the overall trend of weight loss. Weekly averages are going to give you a more accurate view of progress. The scales have often been referred to as the 'sad step' as of late. It is far from it. The scales can be a great tool to use for tracking bodyweight. On its own, the scale may not tell you the while picture. So try use body measurements in combination with scale weight. Do you feel stressed? If you answered no, you are lying. Everyone has some form of stress. If you go to the gym and lead a relatively stress free life, you are physically stressed. How often do you go beastmode? Or always striving to do more, push it that bit further. Wel, what about leastmode? Probably not thought about that one. We all like to continuously progress in some aspect of our lives. Leastmode quite simply is where you take time to switch off or wind down. It helps massively with controlling stress and more importantly our reactions to stress. Most of the things that happen on a daily basis are neutral events and it is how we perceive that to be. We can choose to react positively/negatively to the situation. Leastmode for me personally is chilling out reading a book or going for a walk listening to podcasts.
