My third Online Thyroid Programme is starting on the 8th of May. Why choose this programme? I wanted a programme that a person with a thyroid condition could use to help them start their journey to managing their condition. The 8 week programme is designed to guide individuals through making sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. If you are tired of feeling unwell and want to get the tools to help you improve your symptoms and get your life back, then this may be just the programme for you. Week 1 - Identifying the root cause or causes of your condition. Attendees on my previous programmes shared some of their root causes; - Gut infection - Stress - Blood Sugar Imbalance - Nutrient deficiencies - Food intolerance - Oestrogen imbalance They found these out through my step by step symptom analyses and health timeline. Are you ready to make the change? See more information at http://oliviabecknutrition.com/thyroid-programme/

Vegan and Paleo diets focus on foods that don’t raise our blood sugar, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy protein and fats, and no crap." Mark Hyman
