The therapist uses the palms of the hands, thumbs, knees, elbows and feet in a series of stretches and compressions to treat the whole body using applied pressure to your energy lines. All tension will be released from the body using a combination of gentle and rhythmic yoga stretches, acupressure and muscle compression . We are open 7 days a week and are situated right in the heart of Limerick City .
