Interesting idea - a "parking" disk for taking break in the Library, ensuring space is not hogged.
A little help for disseminating your research via social media : https://www.symplur.com/healthcare-hashtags/
Did you know that BNF, BNC and Martindale are available online to all HSE staff in the Mid-west region (Ireland) ? You must be an HSE staff with a valid HSE employee number or a student on placement in one of the ULH hospitals. Check with your library for more information. Seven new drug monographs have been added to the BNF in the last month, including - pegaspargase, asparaginase, sufentanil, ferric maltol, ceftolozane with tazobactam and, dexamethasone with ciprofloxacin. We have also updated the dose for lithium citrate [Li-liquid®]. This issue includes updated guidance on the management of erectile dysfunction, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and new guidance on the management of early sepsis. We have also updated MHRA advice on hyoscine butylbromide injection and the risk of serious adverse events in patients with underlying cardiac disease. You will also find NICE technology appraisals for ibrutinib, pegaspargase, pembrolizumab and pomalidomide. See also our BNF case study on the drug treatment of multiple sclerosis.

The Communication Game
Communication skill is often one of the downfalls of doctors and hospital staff - could this be a fun way to learn to communicate better ? Other games include infection control and sepsis. We will definitely consider buying at least one game and review it! What do you think ?
