Description
The Altitude Gym This is the only gym in Ireland that stimulates training at Altitude. The room can be set to any Altitude level from sea level to 5000m the equivalent of 21% oxygen (which we breath everyday) down to 13% oxygen. By training in this environment a host of adaptations occur in the body which will improve ones fitness levels a lot quicker than normal training. You will also burn more body fat than a normal training session.

It takes 21 days to make a habit - Now we're at the 22nd of Jan - have you stuck to your New Years Resolutions to get closer to your goals, if so great, but if not don't give up. Take small steps and make small changes & you will get there. Why not join us for our Cardio & Strength class @7pm & take a step in the right direction. Its not easy attend a new class on your own but once you get here you'll quickly realise we have a great supportive group in our classes.
