We are an award winning Gym based in Lifford, Co, Donegal. With members travelling from as far as Belfast to train in our Gym, we pride ourselves on our dedication to our Members,
We have some of the Best Personal Trainers in the Country including a Mr Britain Title Holder.
We welcome both Male & Female members of all age groups and backgrounds.
We have a wide variety of Supplements in store and offer keen rates.
Our Gym was re- launched in March 2016 after the devastating effects of Storm Desmond in December 2015. The Gym was completely renovated and an extension added to facilitate Classes & Bootcamps.
