Building a relationship with a customer can be the easiest or hardest thing it's all about maintaining that relationship and keeping the customer because a happy customer will tell his friends where he got his hair cut !! It's all about maintaining and having a good laugh ! I love my job and love my customers, I'm not "just doing what I do "that's crap ! I'm learning from the best and hopefully sharing my experience with other great people ! I think the customer has too leave the shop with a amazing haircut but also with a experience that makes them remember you and remember the shop
