News just in from the Ballyshannon drama festival- we came 3rd in a tough competition and received an adjudicator’s award for our dance. Nomination nods also to Arthur Mc Garrigle for best actor, for Kelda Doherty and Andrea Emmett for best actress and for Aidan O’Doherty and Leo Mc Bride for best producer/director. Congratulations to everyone involved and a huge thanks to the Ballyshannon festival committee for having us.

Tune in this evening to the Jean Curran show on Highland Radio, where some of our cast will be talking about our upcoming performances of Dancing at Lughnasa in An Grianan Theatre on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th March.

Festival number four tonight- we were delighted to be closing the Ballymoney Drama Festival and even more delighted to be told that we were placed 2nd in the festival! Nomination nods also to Kate Redmond as Chris for Best Actress, Gilbert Young as Gerry for Best Supporting Actor, Leo Mc Bride as Best Director and the dance scene for Best Moment in Theatre.
