MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION!! 🎉 ✅ Stop eating Quality street sweets! 😂🍫🍬 Xmas & New Years celebrations over, looking forward to getting back on track. Implementing simple steps like: 1️⃣ cutting out the crap, increasing my veg & protein intake 🍗🥦 2️⃣ increasing my activity levels with the likes of (weight training, walking/jogging, circuit classes, yoga, martial arts) 🏋🏻♀️🥋🧘🏻♂️ 3️⃣ slowly but surely I’ll get back to the shape i was in before Xmas 🙌🏻 Implementing small changes will help you with your health & fitness goals keeping you on track.... too many people go hell for leather in the first few weeks and then fall off the wagon! Remember guys, slow & steady progress is better than no progress! 👍
With 2017 ending and 2018 beginning, this is a time of reflection on the last 12 months and planning for the year to come. I know for many people these plans include making changes to their diet, maybe to loose a few pounds and to get back to exercising. But where to start? Many diets can be very restrictive so that you're eating the same bland foods week in and week out. Then the second you deviate from the plan you feel all the hard work has been ruined and go back to old habits and the weight creeps back up again. Walking back into the gym after an extended absence or maybe even for the first time can be a daunting experience. Surely all the people there are super fit already and I'll just feel out of place. Maybe there is a different way.... Healthy eating and loosing weight does not have to be all or nothing. Your plan can be set up to include the foods you love so that you don't feel restricted. You can still have a few drinks at the weekend or go out for that special meal and not feel like all your hard work has been undone. Life is for living after all!!! When it comes to starting a new fitness plan, we all have to start somewhere. Again, your plan can be tailored to your current level, from complete beginner upwards. Any exercises you don't like can be taken out. It's your plan, so you have to enjoy it or it'll be hard to stick to This is where I can help.... Back on the Green smoothies 👍🥒🥦 With the over indulging of treats during the Xmas break, I’ve tried most mornings to get my green shake in before I enjoyed those delicious Xmas foods 😂 It helped boost my energy levels, immune system & overall made me feel good before tucking into Xmas 🎅🏻 INGREDIENTS LIST 1️⃣ Kale 2️⃣ Cucumber 3️⃣ Spinach 4️⃣ Lemon 5️⃣ Ginger 6️⃣ Cinnamon Too be honest it’s not the most delicious tasting shake 😂 TIP: add frozen berries to improve its delicious taste 👌😊🍓🍒 Give it a try guys!!
I thought Santa Clause came early the morning🤪😴🎅 but it was the 2 ladies baking up a storm down stairs since 6am 😂🎅❤️ Time for me to vacate the premise or I’ll be getting the wooden spoon from Áoise 😂❤️👋🏻

On the batter since 6am... Just getting the breakie in after the Baba(baby) got her morning porridge & is down for her morning nap.🏃♀️👶🏻❤️ Quick & easy breakfast 👌 ⚫️ reheated turkey burger, Brussel sprouts & bacon pieces 👍 ⚫️ 45g of porridge with water then microwaved for 3-4 mins ⚫️added 100g Greek yoghurt, fresh blueberries, raspberries & stirred to get a thick but creamy mixture 🙌🏻👌🍓 Bon appetit!! A quick & easy nutritious breakfast to start the day 😊
Wee Áoise giving this mornings omelette the thumbs up 👍😎 Who needs the body coach.. Lean in 10 with Barry P 😂👌 2 eggs & 4 egg whites ✅ Courgettes ✅ Mushrooms ✅ Red onion ✅ ➡️Fry up veg, then add eggs & egg whites to pan ➡️ cook on the hob for 2-3 mins medium heat ➡️ then place frying pan under the grill till you have a beautiful golden crisp on the surface of your omelette ➡️ add spices or my favorite condiment which is franks hot sauce 🌶🔥 BISH , BASH , BOOSH.... enjoy! 😊
Sometimes it’s good to take time out with yourself & slow down. 👌 I struggle with 2 daily pests which is hurrying or indecision 🏃🏻♂️🤔 This morning I’m having a strong coffee & people watching for 20 mins before I’m back on the hamster wheel lol ☕️👀😂
