Dill's Dexter Beef
Description
We are preserving a native cattle breed while producing meat of exceptional taste and quality. Dill's Dexter Beef are a local producer and farming family situated on the Fanad Peninsula along the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal. Our 100% free range Dexter's graze along the coast, foraging the wild herbs and garlic which contributes to their unique flavor. Due to the popularity and demand of farm to fork goods and tractability - we have opened our Farm shop in Letterkenny to offer everyone a taste of high quality produce with a selection of finely produced Irish Artisan foods.
