Our success is based on strong organic and acquisitive growth and our environment, as a result, is very fast-paced, with new projects and new commercial challenges around every corner. Graduates on the DCC Graduate Programme are guaranteed to be involved in projects that add real value to the businesses they are placed in.
There are four different divisions DCC operates in: DCC Energy, DCC Healthcare, DCC Technology and DCC Environmental. As a result, our graduates get to explore a wide range of career paths across a number of different industries.
The DCC Graduate Programme
Our programme is designed to turn talented, ambitious graduates into future leaders of DCC. The DCC Graduate Programme offers you an opportunity to work in up to three different companies, divisions and countries on a rotational basis over the course of the two year programme.
Alongside your on-the-job training, there will be regular learning and development opportunities and we will also provide funding for you to gain a professional qualification. You will be supported throughout the programme by your Line Manager, a dedicated Coach, a Graduate Buddy, your Graduate Programme Subsidiary Contact and of course, the Graduate Programme team.
Our aim is for you to build an international career at the highest levels of the commercial world.

Earlier this month, we announced our agreement to acquire the French firm Gaz Européen. Gaz Européen will be DCC Energy's first major acquisition in natural gas and will complement Butagaz’s leading position in LPG. One of the key strengths identified during the acquisition of Butagaz was its brand recognition amongst French gas consumers generally. The combination of Butagaz’s marketing and brand strength and Gaz Européen’s expertise in the natural gas market will provide an excellent platform for growth in the French natural gas market.
