A reason to be cheerful today? I found my perfect chocolate, it is called Moo Free, a chocolate that is organic, dairy free, gluten free, soya free, vegan and most important it tastes great. Rice powder is the substitute for dairy. I've pimped it up with cranberries and nuts, call for a sample.

This guy is running out the door at the moment, I found a beautiful mould for this one and finished it off by painting the beard etc. with white chocolate.
