Here's some foods to help you meet your daily protein intake if you're not a big meat eater. Remember: Non-athletes 0.8g per kg of your bodyweight daily. Endurance athletes 1.2 - 1.4g per kg of your body weight daily. Strength athletes 1.6 - 1.8g per kg of your bodyweight daily

So I lost the fight last night No complaints, best man won on the night. Here i am taking a hard right hook in the 3rd 🤣 Thanks a million to everyone who came to support me and bought tickets. I raised almost €800 for the clubs and lived to tell the tale! From the training to the fight night itself - It really was an amazing experience and I'd totally recommend it to anyone thinking of doing it. "Sugar Ray" is gonna hang up the gloves now for while but he'll definitely be back to do it again sometime to try avenge this loss 🤘

Resting heart rate (RHR) is measured in beats per minute and is usually lower for fit people bcoz their heart is in better condition. Detraining is a nightmare for anyone who likes to keep in shape. Studies show a decline in vo2 max and decreases in muscular endurance and muscle glycogen when training is stopped for only 2 weeks.
