O'Reilly Concrete were contraced by GEM Construction to design, manufacture and fit precast frame for these Knockrabo Apartments in Dublin. Knockrabo is a new residential development located in a well established Dublin suburb and will include open spaces, childcare facilities, a gym/library and communal relaxation rooms. These Phase 2 apartment buildings comprise of 69 apartments and will be launching at the end of the year.

A great aerial view of another school we have been working on in Dublin. We designed, manufactured and fitted the Full Precast Concrete Frame for this 1,000 student school which is due to open in 2020 in City West/Saggart, West Dublin. Contracted by ABM Design and Build.

Great aerial photo of the Coláiste Chiaráin Secondary School taken recently in Croom, Co. Limerick. This two-storey building will cover 10,000m² of the 22 acre site and will be a new era of education for Limerick. We were contracted by MMD Construction Ltd. to design manufacture and fit the full precast concrete frame for the school. We are very proud to be involved in this site and we are sure it will prove to be a marvelous school and facility for the local students.

Some brilliant progress pictures of our recent visit on site of The Stage in Shoreditch. A £750m mixed-use development in Shoreditch on the site of Shakespeare’s former Curtain Theatre. The development will consist of a 37 storey tower, shops, restaurants and office buildings. There will be 275,000 sq. ft of office space, 412 apartments for private sale and 400,000 sq. ft of mixed use space. O'Reilly Concrete are supplying the specifically designed 85N self-compacting concrete. The increased strength of this concrete is achieved using micro-silica which is adding to the recipe during the batching process. This unique recipe produces an extremely high standard of finish.This increased strength is due to the building being one of the tallest, multi-story buildings in the heart of London. O'Reilly Concrete are extremely proud to manufacture and design the precast concrete columns for this high-profile and prestigious job. We are also thrilled to be working with O’Shea who are one of the largest privately-owned construction and property development companies in London and the South East.

The 2 new Schools are part of the Department of Education and Skills Rapid Build Delivery Programme 2017 – 2019. The first development is located at DCU All Hallows Campus, Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 and consists of a 16 classroom primary school building with general purpose hall, support teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation. The second development is located at Swords Community College, Swords, Fingal, Co. Dublin and consists of a post primary school building with sports hall, ancillary student and staff facilities, 2 classroom Special Needs Unit and ancillary spaces.
