Marina View
Description
Our beautiful apartment in the centre of the village is steps from the beach and offers wonderful sea views. 2 bedrooms with open plan living area
2 Marina View is a light, spacious and airy apartment with stunning sea views. Located right in the centre of beautiful Kilmore Quay, we've equipped the apartment with high quality furnishing and accessories to make sure you have everything you need - and stuff you mightn't need, but will enjoy nevertheless! From cosy blankets & throws for evening snuggles in front of the contemporary wall-mounted fire and buckets & spades for long days on the beach, through to the bright and cheerful yellow Bodum tea/coffee pots in the well-equipped kitchen - you won't want for anything.
Although we're sure you'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the amenities this stunning coastal spot has to offer, if you do choose to stay indoors, there's plenty to keep you entertained. We've provided traditional games (Monopoly, Kerplunk, Scrabble, Jenga and more) for the family to play together; if reading is more your thing, you'll find an eclectic selection of books (if you don't finish one, feel free to take it away with you - we just ask you replace it with one you have finished for our next guest to enjoy).
Although we don't live nearby, our wonderful friend Mary, who will greet you and show you around, is only minutes away. As a lifelong Kilmore Quay resident, there's nothing she doesn't know about the village and its surroundings, so please do mine her knowledge to make the most of your stay!
Kilmore Quay offers a huge array of things to do, places to visit and stunning scenery to see. I've provided a comprehensive Guest Guide in the apartment where you'll find lots of information once you arrive, but here's a snapshot:
There are several high quality dining options for example, you can eat in or out at Kehoes chipper (voted in the top 10 of Ireland's chip shops) or enjoy a beautiful meal at The Silver Fox restaurant. If pub grub is more your thing, then you can wander a few hundred metres up to Kehoe's or walk/drive the 2 1/2 miles to Mary Barry's in Kilmore village.
