When we're feeling unwell or stressed, our body can become out of balance. Reiki helps restore our health and wellbeing.
During a Reiki treatment I ask you to lie down. I place my hands slightly above or on you. You may feel heat, tingling or cooling sensations.
People often experience a deep state of relaxation during a treatment.
Examples of issues that Reiki is used for:
Stress reduction and stress related illnesses
Pain reduction
Depression and anxiety
Emotional balance, self esteem and mental clarity
