Was recently at the Annual GAA Coaching Coaching Conference @officialgaa with a wide range of speakers across many different sports and one message that was consistent across all the coaches and speakers was this ⬇️⬇️ "people dont care how much you know until they know how much you care" I heard @bodybyboyle say this a few years again and it shows that coaches at the elite level @johnmcgrathmb Asley Jones, Stuart Lancaster, @paulmcginley recognise the importance of building a relationship with the person/athlete first. And Rest..... We always finish our sessions off with some deep breathing protocols(belly breaths) after revving things up we need to let the body get back to a natural resting state, bringing the heart rate back down before we static stretch. The speed that you can get back down to a heart rate to 120-140 bpm is a measure of your cardiovascular fitness and recovery abilities. Not only about the musskkles 😂😂💪💪 Mens S&C group pictured here.
