*** Semi-Private Personal Training *** If personal training tickles your pickle, but perhaps at a lower cost, then the semi-private option might just be for you. I currently have an opening for 1 or 2 ladies on Monday and Thursday late afternoon to join one other (max 3 per session). Monday at 4.15pm and Thursdays at 5.15pm. *** Women's Only Group Training *** Our women's only small group training takes place twice a week every Wednesday and Friday morning at 9.30am. The training sessions are the same as all the others, in that you still get a total body workout to build a stronger and healthier body, except they are just for women! Our small group training sessions are limited to 8 participants to ensure you receive quality instruction, yet big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get fit in a group atmosphere. If your fitness routine has slipped recently for whatever reason (no judgement here) then the best day to get back to it was yesterday. The second best day is TODAY. Not tomorrow, next Monday, next week, or next month. Because that day will never arrive. Today is here. Today is now. Today won't happen again. Think of all the positives to be gained from attending your first session back, that feel good factor and that sense of achievement, that you KNOW you will feel after. Use that as motivation to get you to the gym! Even better than that, take an even smaller step, and simply book into a session. Accountability at it's finest. Grab a friend and join together if you think that will help make things less daunting. All of our training sessions are suitable from the beginner to the regular gym goer, but we especially welcome noobies.
