I'm in the process of preparing to deliver my first Vegan/no cane sugar wedding cake, these are the samples I made a few weeks ago for the bride and groom. Beetroot Chocolate Velvet Cake and Vegan Vanilla Madeira Covered in Raw chocolate ganache and cashew Buttercream. They were sumptuous and delicious not to mention a Victory! All of you who have attempted a vegan cake will know what I'm talking about! 💃🏽💜 p.s recipes to follow....😍
