SALMON RUN TRIAL SWIM If anyone is worried about the swim for the Coleman Electronics Salmon Run Triathlon this year make sure you come along to the Liquid Motion Triathlon Club trial run of the swim course on Sunday 23rd @ 6.30pm on Bachelors Walk.

In preparation for Westport Triathlon Club Triathlon this Saturday we will host a special training session for Liquid Motion Triathlon Club members at Enniscrone Pier tomorrow at 8.30pm. First of the Liquid Motion Triathlon Club Aquathons starts Friday and I will be in the water from 6.30ish to give anyone who is nervous of the open water or any beginner's a helping hand before it.

WETSUIT FITTINGS Delighted to have Albert from Call of the Wild in Sligo coming down to us on Tuesday night (16th) with a range of Orca wetsuits. You can try out some of the suits in the pool to see how you find them and get the correct fit which is very important.

TIME TRIAL TIMES Here are the much sough after times from our TT last Thursday. Massive well done to everyone who took part in the hardest session of the year. Don't like singling out people because everyone did really well but i need to mention how much Ambrose Gaughan improved. His hard work and dedication is paying off.

The start of our Summer Swimming Sessions in glorious Lough Cullin (Pontoon), Co Mayo. The idyllic conditions of the make it the perfect place to start or perfect your Open Water Swimming. Our 700m Triangular Course is beginner friendly where you can stand if required.
