It's happening......the kids go back next week The summer can be hard to stay on track with so much on. Sometimes we think oh we can live on salads and sure the weather is nice, we can get a walk in 😂 ya right, we live in Ireland and seriously who can live for 3 months on salads 🤔 September brings cooler weather, shorter days, quieter homes and it also brings ROUTINES. Join slimming world and give yourself some well deserved ME time. We give you the tools you need to get yourself slim and all without the worry of having to get out and pound the pavements in our lovely rainy autumn weather or living on a diet of lettuce.
