Galway Kettlebell Club is a personal training,nutrition and group training studio.We work with kettlebells,barbells,dumbells,boxercise,bosu balls� Galway Kettlebells is an all women's club ran by Sarah Smith. With over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, Sarah holds several qualifications in the field and is specialised in personal training, group personal training, nutrition, well-being and Kettlbell sport (Girevoy).

We offer personal training packages for 1-1 and small groups.

Our very popular Busy Babe Bootcamp will be restarting soon, so keep an eye out for more information on how to sign up.

Kettebell training has many benefits👏👏 20KG Push Ups✔️ Push-Ups of any kind have never been in my training plans from my coach✖️✖️ The main muscles used for Kettlebell Sport are via legs and back so its unnecessary to train chest muscles. Yet im able to do Push Ups with 20kg on my back due to my strength through years of kettlebell training (granted technique needs work😝)👊👊👏👏🥊🥊☺️☺️ #pushups #kettlebells #galway #weights #20kg #weightedpushups #girlswholift #strenght
