Today was #TestingThursday, ramp testing in The Athlete Clinic getting the numbers set up for the next few weeks of training in preparation for the season of racing ahead. These tests are never easy or pleasant but glad to see the hard work of last year and the recent steady block of training are showing in improved numbers and performance on last years results. #performance #poweron #pedalpower
