Most commercial crackers are not so healthy and I have to say I really enjoy crakcers for dipping and sharing. Try this recipe for grain free crackers, great with guacamole and a glass of red! http://www.nutritionalbalance.ie/recipes.html
Did you see the programme 'Sugar Crash' on RTE1 last night? If you didnt, it highlighted just how much 'added sugar' we are consuming. We are the 4th highest country at a shocking 24 teaspoons a day! (6 teaspoons is the recommended). There is also a lot of added sugar in many processed foods both savoury as well as sweet even when they look healthy!... so have a look at the foods & drinks you buy every week and see if you can find alternatives with less added sugar. This is something I help my clients with all the time, small changes can have a huge impact on the weight and health of the entire family. Give me a call on 087-3367774
