Description
We are a family business opened in Falcarragh, Co Donegal since 2005. We have our own EC approved abattoir where we slaughter all our own handpicked cattle and sheep. We endeavor to source all our animals from local farmers to ensure quality and help the locality. All our beef is dry aged on the bone for at least 4 weeks to ensure our customers get that succulent tender steak. We are dedicated to providing you with excellent quality beef, lamb and pork. We also have a shop located in Dunfanaghy, Co Donegal opened in 2012, we offer the same excellent quality and service in both our shops.
