I am one of three City & Guilds Advanced certificate holders in the Cork County.I offer a one on one professional grooming service to the highest standard Grooming is an important part of dog care. Depending on the breed, age, and health of the dog, grooming may be a daily activity. Many breeds require significantly less grooming than this, but regular grooming helps to ensure your dog stays in good health, maintains good skin and coat and prevents illness. It is important to note that while many dogs shed, others (such as the Poodle, Bichon Frise, Maltese......), do not shed. Instead, their coat grows much like human hair and therefore it requires regular grooming.

Full dematting {detangling}and de-shedding of long and semi-long haired dogs
Bathing and drying
General health check i.e.: skin conditions, evidence of ear & eye problems, evidence of parasites e.g. fleas, ticks& lice, lumps or tumours needing veterinary attention
Clean/ trim genital areas
Nail care
Ear care {cleaning and plucking as necessary}
Clipping & trimming
All breeds of dogs and farming dogs welcome

FOR A FULL GROOM:
Is a full head to paw professional groom tailored to your dog’s specific breed. Includes a health check, thorough brushing, warm bath, anal glands emptied, blow dry, hair cut or clip, nail trim, ears plucked or swabbed, teeth cleaned. All clips or trims are breed specific unless a different style is requested.

I have been getting a load of texts and calls for dogs that need grooming which is fabulous! I will not be operating till April from my own place however from 2nd week in march I will be doing home visits for those doggies that need trims, washes and nail clipping. Last day of Jan already! (Face palm) Grooming premises is in the early stages of being put back together after our move. Bonnie now a lovely healthy 6 weeks and Lucy is asking me everyday when can she go 'grooming' again. I hope to be back very soon. Happy new year to you all. I hope you had fab christmas celebrations too. My Christmas present was little Bonnie Marie Healy born on Friday 16th Dec. She is beautiful. Whilst I miss you all I look forward to enjoying my maternity leave with baby. I am also planning for new and exciting things for Hairs and Grace's for 2017. I will be in touch with an opening date and the 'setting up business'in our new home in Eyeries. So for now happy new year and here's to 2017 xxx

Good morning. I am sorting out my list of appointments for Xmas grooming already, as ye are all aware il be closing earlier this year.
