I'm about to go in to the gym tonight and figure out my one rep max for deadlifts as well as testing my strength for weighted chin ups. Over the next week or so I'll be testing my personal records for all my other lifts too. Hopefully all will go well, but if not, that's ok too. I know I have definitely gained strength over the last 12 weeks or so. And I know I'll only gain more strength when I begin the next program! I'll let you guys know how it goes, wish me luck!
