I've an injury that doesn't appear to be going away just yet ... so I have to take it easy this evening I'm sorry my apologies. Can you spread the word please ??? Bokwa back on this term for everyone !!!! Stepping out for an hour to great music and before you know it you've a 7k run done !!! Even if you've 2 left feet you could still manage bokwa so give it a go !!!!

Such an easy and pleasurable way to keep fit !!! Burn off those calories in one hour !!! Get out of the house and meet friends !!!! Go at your own pace and gradually build up !!! All ages from 7 - 77 are doing this!!!!!! Just give it a try no need to book 😊😊😊😊

What an amazing night of Bokwa in aid of Events Against Suicide !!! Holy family hall in ennis was rocked to the core stepping out to fab music and raising money for this super deserving charity !!! Thanks to everyone for coming out for the class 95 of you in total !!!! I hope we proved that Bokwa is for any size shape fitness level male or female !! Feeling lonely depressed sluggish or simply stuck in a rut on the couch ?? Get up and get out to your nearest Bokwa class for a FIVER and burn 1, 200 calories while making friends 😊😊😊😊
