Ozone provides Personal Training and Large Group Fitness programs. The most effective place to get results in a community like environment you will love. Ozone was founded because we were unhappy with what the fitness industry had become. People joined a gym and few got any results. It was time to change this. Health and Fitness clubs exist for you and to help you improve the quality of your lives and if they aren't doing this then they are no good to you.
This is who we are. We are a dedicated team of fitness professionals who are genuinely interested in changing peoples lives for the better.

Recipe of the week time! Chicken Mushroom Risotto: Ingredients: - 40 grams of brown rice (raw) - 100 grams of diced chicken breast - 1 cup of button mushrooms - 1/4 tbsp olive oil - 1/8 cup of parmesan cheese - 4 tsp basil - 1 tsp of thyme - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/2 tsp salt Directions: - preheat oven to 375 degrees - boil rice according to package instructions - preheat oil in a nonstick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with some salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside. - in the same pan add button mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes - grease a small nonstick skillet with some cooking spray and add rice. Top with chicken, cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle basil and place in oven - bake for 5 minutes and serve Nutrition: Calories: 400 Protein: 25grams Carbs: 53grams Fats: 9grams

Here’s a little sneak peak of inside our MyZone app. Below you can see a summary of a cardio workout Eimear did there last week including her calories burned, peak heart rate and the average amount of effort put in 💪 There are different zones with different colours, red meaning working to the highest intensity of your ability. There are small ways you can incorporate NEAT into your life. At work, and at home, opt for a standing desk instead of sitting. According to the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a 145 lb. person can expect to burn approximately 102 calories an hour while sitting at work. If that person stood while working, they would burn 174 calories. An extra 72 calories might not seem like a lot, but it can add up to more than 18,000 calories burned per year, leading to an approximate 5 lb. weight loss. Without utilizing NEAT, you would have to do 60 30-minute runs at 5 miles per hour to burn the same rate of calories.

Use a smaller plate: This can help you eat smaller portions. You might then gradually be able to get used to eating smaller portions. It takes the brain 20mins to tell the stomach it’s full so eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full.
